Nose
Rum and raisin toffee with a heap of plasticine. There's a vanilla nuttiness too. Lots of candied peel, cardboard and a hint of sweaty sock. -
Taste
Huge spiced fruit delivery, like an excellent pie filling. Very juicy and delicious with lots of citrus notes. Very smooth, no harshness or heat. A gentle bitterness and the cardboard comes through again, but not in an unpleasant way. -
Finish
Long with lots of sweetness and plenty of juicy fruit, before the spices kick in. Mild pepper and cardamom sizzle gently on the tongue.
